    • We stock components and parts for most brands of laptops. If we don't have the specific component needed we have access to literally hundreds of vendors to get the part(s) here in a timely fashion. We understand that most laptop and computer owners use these machines for their businesse(s) and cannot afford to be without them for long time frames.   This means we do our best to get it returned within a few days after we receive your laptop in our facility.  Exception occcurs only when parts have to be special ordered or not readily available. (We will be in contact in such instances).
    • NOTICE:  We do have in effect a Minimum labor charge or, MLC for all units sent to the facility. The cost for this is 49.00 and covers: Diagnostics of the machine, Estimate of repairs, As well as the return shipping fee which will be a flat rate 20.00 per insured unit shipped. In the event of acceptance of repair estimate, This ammount will reflect on the total cost of the repairs and be deducted from such. If the repair estimate is not approved we box and return the unit in the same condition as arrival. This is a plan I fought hard against having to put into effect but return ship without promised repayment has finally had to come to a stop. Initial ammt. can be sent along with the unit in the form of a Personal check, Money order, or arrangements can be made prior via email or phone for Credit card, or Paypal.
       
    • Repairs preformed: We offer the following repairs for all makes and models of laptops, Component level board repairs, We locate the systemboard individual components failed and replace. BIOS Failure or BIOS Flash failed, We reprogram and change/repair BIOS issues for all makes/models of laptops. DC Jack repair and/or replacement. This is the most common issue on any unit and is easily rectified BGA rework. We have the ability to do some BGA work providing the needed components are available and cost would not exceed value to replace. LCD or Screen repair/replacements. We replace Backlights or CCFL's, Replace and/or repair Inverters, As well as basic circuit issue's on the screens. Charging system troubles providing it is NOT a battery issue. We do "NOT" work on or repair/recell batterys as the liability is high to do so. No Power on issues, Dead machine or wont start,  No POST no Boot, Fluid damaged systems, Cracked or open/broken, burnt  traces on PCB's As well as many other problems.     • If you are a "Do it yourself" type of individual we do not mind offering "Free" advice. However before asking us where do I get this part, Or what type of soldering iron do I need, Do your basic homework. Google is an excellent place to find basic info for anything you need as far as electronics, Basic "How to's" on computer repairs, and the manufacturers will generally offer a parts breakdown for the dismantling of the units. (Its not rocket science its just a bunch of  metal/plastic and screws).
